Although you can send us questions by email, we do not recommend sending credit card details via email as this may not be secure
Making A Purchase
How do I pay for my order?
We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Delta, Switch or Solo card. Please note we don't accept Visa Electron
All prices include VAT, and our VAT number is 874840882 All card payments are administered by a secure online payment system provided by SecPay. Please see more detai returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to The Aviary at your own expense.
We will send an email to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can t stop the payer knowing.
Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within fourteen days and is in new condition.
Certain products cannot be returned. This will be highlighted at order stage.
All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders.
Credit Card Payments
We are unable to accept Cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card Details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained. Offer Order Codes Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of The Aviary, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer. Any Problems If you are dissatisfied in any way with your order please email us at customerservice@theaviary.co.uk and we will deal with your complaint.
Can I cancel my order?
If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

Shipping And Handling
Your order will be delivered in special The Aviary packaging. Our delivery charge is just £4.99 no matter how large your order.
The Delivery charge is not refundable
Delivery Schedule
If the item is shown in stock, we aim to get your order to you within 10 days. We can deliver to your home address or somewhere else if you specify in advance.
Back Orders
Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of being unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know immediately by email. At this stage we may let you know when this item is due back in stock.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Every Aviary item comes with a no nonsense guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase simply return it within 14 days of delivery for a prompt replacement or refund. Details will be included with your order. Your statutory rights are not affected. In the interest of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund on bra accessories or earrings for pierced ears unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights. Guarantee and Returns Policy No Quibble Guarantee: You can return any unworn/unused item within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. (this does not affect your statutory rights) How to Return or Exchange:
1. There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.
2. Fill out the Returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Please ensure that you tell us your full details including your email address

What about cookies?
Our online ordering system uses a cookie to record a unique reference on your computer so that we can keep track of your order as you use the system. This cookie, that is saved to your system, is only valid for a single visit and each new visit will result in a new cookie overwriting any previous that were generated on previous visits to our site. If your internet browser is set to reject cookies or if your network firewall won't allow them then unfortunately you will not be able to use our online store.
